A few common questions.

Still unsure whether to reach out? Send the message anyway — a short, specific note is all we need to tell you honestly whether we're the right fit.

How quickly will I hear back?
Within two business days, from a senior person who has actually read your message — not an automated reply or a sales development rep.
What size of engagement do you take on?
We're built for substantial, decision-changing work rather than one-off tasks. If a project is too small, too large, or simply not our strength, we'll say so plainly — and point you somewhere better where we can.
What if I'm not sure what I actually need?
That's normal, and it's the most valuable place to start. Framing the right question is the first thing we do on every engagement. Choose "Not sure yet" on the form and tell us about the problem, not the solution.
Will you sign an NDA?
Gladly, before any detailed discussion. We don't need access to sensitive data to scope a problem, and we'll always agree how information is handled before anything moves.
Where are you based, and do you work remotely?
We're remote-first and embed with your team wherever they are, with deliberate timezone overlap. For some engagements we'll spend time on-site early on — we'll discuss what makes sense for yours.

We receive a high volume of inbound enquiries. We respond to every serious message, but we're selective about the work we take on. Speculative or discovery-free requests, vendor pitches, and sub-threshold budget engagements may not receive a detailed response.
